Richard keeps a low profile but is often seen around Appledore playing guitar and other instruments at open mic nights and running his own folky open mic session at the Royal Hotel every Wednesday evening. His band, Bushpig, play bluesy shuffles and soulful grooves with a smidgeon of reggae and often play at local venues.
Richard can also be found guesting with other bands and doing the odd solo gig in and around Appledore.
