Dambuskers

Dambuskers are a fantastic four-piece playing a mix of their own songs and covers of well-known songs by the likes of Neil Young and the Who. Fronted by Steve Ruffé, Appledore’s famed wild man of rock, the band also includes Baz Bix, Mick Pledge and the youthful and immensly talented Finlay Houghton on violin.

The Dambuskers are a four-piece fiddle-fronted, high-energy, celtic rock band. Since forming in 2002 their reputation has spread throughout the West Country and beyond. Wild guys on bass, guitar, percussion, and fiddle! The Dambuskers blend original material, traditional song, jigs’n’reels and choice covers. Let’s party!
