Steve is a regular on the Appledore music scene. He has performed and recorded with all the local musicians, including Baz Bix, Clear Waters Deep and Miss Courtney Rose. Steve once occupied a privileged position in Appledore, living directly opposite the Beaver Inn. Sadly, he now has to drive/hitch/ride from Bideford to play at the many events in Appledore graced by his tenor sax.
Steve is a regular at open mic nights including Jim Crawford’s Wednesday night blues session at The Champ, and Baz Bix’s Marmalade Club at the Beaver Inn.
Steve also plays in Dual, a ska reggae duo he formed with friend and guitarist David Daccore. They perform regularly around Appledore, Bideford and the local area.
