The Appledore Music Festival is coming! The festival takes place on May 17 to 27, under the slogan 10 days of May. The web site for the festival lists what’s on, including concerts and workshops. New events are still being added so look out for announcements at appledoremusicfestival.co.uk or on the festival’s Facebook page.
The music gigs that form part of the festival will be taking place in Appledore’s pubs and on the quay. There is a special festival concert due to be announced shortly that will take place in St Mary’s Church Hall. Some of the events are specially for the festival, and some are a festival take on regular shows like Baz’s Marmalade Club.
Most of the events are free. To support artistes and pay for promotional costs there is a crowd funding page for donations. If you can, contribute a few quid. It will be used wisely.
This inaugural Appledore Music Festival is due to become an annual event. Looking forward to AMF 2025, with more bands.
