Songwriters at the Champ

Coinciding with the Appledore Book Festival, the Champ hosts an evening of live music with Appledore’s finest musicians and songwriters. Featuring Steve Ruffé, Jim Crawford, Richard Malfait, Lara Conley and Marsh. Meeting Street will be filled with the finest music to serenade visitors to the Appledore Book Festival.

All five musicians are regular performers in local pubs and clubs, either solo or as members of bands such as Dambuskers, Bushpig and Marsh & the Reluctant Friends. This event will be hugely popular so come early to avoid being stuck at the back (i.e. front) with no view except the back of someone’s neck (probably Dayle’s).
