Applecorers Shanty – Songs of the Sea

Appledore’s own sea shanty ensemble, the Applecorers, are performing at the RNLI lifeboat station in Appledore. The performance starts at 10am on Sunday May 4.
The Applecorers sing traditional sea shanties. It is easy to imagine, listening to this choir, the days when Appledore’s streets were full of sailors and shipbuilders. Their rousing songs of the sea will lift your spirits and warm your heart.
