Xhosa Cole Quartet – presented by the North Devon Jazz Club

Xhosa Cole is coming to the Beaver for another night of thrilling jazz courtesy of those good folk at the North Devon Jazz Club.

Xhosa Cole, the acclaimed 26 year-old award-winning saxophonist, celebrates the rich tapestry of music and heritage of great African-American composers and improvisers – formative influences on his life and music – through a contemporary black British lens. Xhosa has released two albums to date and will be playing the music of Thelonious Monk with his quartet of talented musicians.
