Applecorers Shanty – Songs of the Sea

On the second Tuesday of every other month Appledore’s own sea shanty ensemble, the Applecorers, perform at the Beaver. The Applecorers sing traditional sea shanties. It is easy to imagine, listening to this choir, the days when Appledore’s streets were full of sailors and shipbuilders. Their rousing songs of the sea will lift your spirits and warm your heart.
